Long-haul flights are a nightmare for anyone who has trouble getting shut-eye while scrunched up in an uncomfortable airplane seat. But according to a TikToker, there is at least one thing you can do to make sleep a little more comfortable when the aircraft reaches cruising altitude.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The TikToker, known as <\/span>@Sidneyraz<\/span><\/a>, claims that we\u2019ve been using travel pillows the wrong way. \u00a0 \u00a0 In a recent video on his account dedicated to life hacks, the TikToker claims the solution is rotating the U-shaped pillow.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The clip titled, <\/span>Here’s something I wish I knew before I was in my 30s<\/span><\/i>, demonstrates \u201cthe right\u201d way to use a travel pillow \u2014 by flipping it so that the closed part is in the front supporting your chin. Sidneyraz is then seen resting his head comfortably.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The video left followers baffled and commenting on their shock, amazement, and surprise. Many of them acknowledged that they\u2019ve been using the pillow the wrong way all these years.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Sidneyraz isn\u2019t the only one reexamining the way these travel pillows should be used.
