The findings, published in the <\/span>Journal of Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, <\/span><\/i>describe the diet most <\/span>associated with quality sleep<\/span><\/a> as rich in proteins, complex carbohydrates, unsaturated fats, fibers, fruits, and veggies.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, there\u2019s a large body of evidence that supports this claim. The <\/span>review<\/span><\/a> included 20 studies in the period between 1975 and 2021.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The data conclusively showed that foods low in saturated fats (found in animal meat) and rich in unsaturated fats, proteins, and complex carbohydrates benefit sleep the most. More precisely, this means eating more of the following foods will aid your sleep:<\/span><\/p>\n
