The analysis determined Rochester had a <\/span>whopping 55.21% sleep-stress rate<\/b>, the highest of any place.<\/span><\/p>\n Moreover, Chile was the second most sleep-stressed country, with 59.13% of sleep-related tweets, and Alabama was <\/span>the worst US state<\/b>, with a 63.43% sleep stress rate.<\/span><\/p>\n Yet, it\u2019s not just insomnia that determines <\/span>the most sleep-deprived countries in the world<\/span><\/a> \u2014 it\u2019s actually the length of sleep. According to this, Japan and Saudi Arabia are at the very bottom of the list.<\/span><\/p>\n
