After spending many sleepless nights tossing and turning, I decided to start investigating the sources of my problem. I built a fun, personal team of sleep enthusiasts, and we collectively became fascinated by the many factors that influence sleep. It was then, that we decided to delve deeper into the topic.
We concluded that a good mattress is essential for quality sleep and can make you feel as if you’ve found a little piece of heaven. However, we also learned the hard way that finding a good mattress that fits your individual needs at a decent price can be a daunting process. The same applies to other sleep-related products.
With so many different options on the internet and plenty of them out there claiming to be the best, it can be hard to determine which route to take and which product will be right for you. This was the primary motivation to start our website—we were finally able to put our expertise to good use and help others find the products of their dreams.
How Do We Do It?
As we mentioned previously, people are all very different and therefore have different mattress needs. There are many variables—from height and weight, to preferred sleeping positions, to personal preferences. One certainty, everyone needs a high-quality mattress for a good night’s sleep.
When we do our research, we consider various preferences and situations of all types of sleepers. Focusing mainly on tests, we examine everything from clinical-level pressure and sensitive mapping to the mattress’s molding and pressure points.
Our goal is to create an evaluation that will help you in making your decision, and ensure that you’re getting the best mattress for your needs without having to do extensive and time-consuming research on your own. On another note, although our initial plan was to review only mattresses, we later decided to expand our research and include pillows, snoring devices, and other sleep products, because they also play an important role in getting a good night’s rest.
