How Does BedJet Work?

BedJet uses advanced technology to create an airflow that sends a subtle jet of air into your bed, either cooling it or heating it depending on your needs. As we found while conducting our BedJet V2 and BedJet 3 review, this machine uses biorhythm temperature technology to edge you off to sleep quicker and help you stay asleep longer, ensuring that you wake up refreshed.

The night sweat management mode helps by using air to wick away moisture as well as cool you down so that you don’t overheat or sweat.

If you and your partner have different sleep needs, then, according to reviews of BedJet, you can add the Dual Zone temperature upgrade. This will allow you to have two different temperatures for each side of the bed.

How to Set Up the BedJet

  • First, you’ll want to put your fitted sheet onto your bed and then cover it with the recommended Cloud Sheet.
  • Choose which of the three holes in the Cloud Sheet you’re going to use. You can decide this based on where you need the cooling or heating air the most. You’ll set up your BedJet under this hole.
  • Then, open your BedJet box and take out the three pieces for the mattress mount base. Fit these pieces together until they click, as suggested by BedJet V2 and BedJet 3 reviews.
  • Take out the air hose and the nozzle and fit those together until they click.
  • Attach the mattress mount base to your bed. You’ll see that you can adjust it.
  • Then place the hose in the mattress mount base, adjusting it if necessary, so that the nozzle of the hose rests on your mattress.
  • Open the sheet and pull the hole down over the nozzle until you get to the soft part of the air hose that’s made of fabric.
  • Now take out the BedJet base machine and fit the air hose to the machine.
  • Put the batteries in your remote, plug in the machine, and sync the remote to the machine.
  • All that’s left to do is turn it on, says our BedJet 3 and BedJet V2 review

Product Features

Wireless Remote

With the BedJet V2, you have a wireless remote, but it only controls the basic functions of the machine. You’ll have to download a Bluetooth app in order to work the rest of the features. However, with the BedJet 3, you get a full-color wireless remote that controls all of the machine’s features.

BedJet App

You can download the BedJet smartphone app from the Android or Apple store. According to a BedJet V2 climate review, this gives you access to control the features that your wireless remote won’t let you with this model. These include the fan, temperature, and time settings, as well as the biorhythm settings.

With the BedJet 3, you’ll be able to control all of these features with the wireless remote, but you can still use a smartphone app.

Aromatherapy

With a BedJet aromatherapy diffuser kit, you can ensure that your bed smells as amazing as it feels. The diffuser kit is meant to be used with essential oils in order to help you sleep easier and for a longer period, all while ensuring you wake up well-rested.

The most effective essential oils to help with sleep include lavender, valerian, vanilla, jasmine, and sandalwood, as we found in our review of BedJet. Simply use this BedJet diffuser combined with your BedJet 3 to ensure that you get the best sleep possible.

Dual Zone Option

If you sleep hot and your partner sleeps cold, it may seem like there’s nothing you can do except sleep apart or be uncomfortable. However, with BedJet’s zone option, you can have the best of both worlds in one bed. Our BedJet dual zone review confirmed that the dual-zone option allows you to have two different temperatures for each side of the bed.

Biorhythm Feature

The Biorhythm feature allows you to preprogram your cooling and warming settings for each hour throughout your sleep cycle, as verified in BedJet 3 and BedJet V2 reviews. You don’t have to make any adjustments during the night since it will operate exactly how you set it.

You can filter this feature by providing additional information, like how old you are, your gender, and whether you sleep hot or cold. This will help determine what temperature the machine should be set at during different points in your sleep cycle.

Durability and Maintenance

Product Lifetime

BedJet is determined to offer gadgets and solutions that will last a long period of time. The creators of this machine don’t want people returning to buy a new machine every two years. Instead, the BedJet is designed to last many years without any problems, according to BedJet reviews

Maintenance

The BedJet is designed to be simple to use, as well as easy to clean and maintain. The main thing you need to do is remove and clean the lifetime air filter. The company suggests you do this every three months or perhaps more regularly if you have pets in the bedroom.

In order to clean the air filter, simply press the BedJet logo, which is a button on the air filter, and it will be released. Then, all you need to do is take out the filter and wash it in the sink. Once it has dried, pop it back into place, and you’re done.

Customer Service

There are very few negative reviews of the BedJet customer service. This is because the company believes in its product and wants everything to work out for those who purchase it. Representatives are extremely helpful during the purchasing process and will happily answer any questions you might have.

You can talk to someone using the live chat function on the website—simply click on the icon on the bottom right-hand side of your screen. Alternatively, you can call BedJet’s offices in Rhode Island at 401-404-5250 or send an email to [email protected].

Terms of Sale

If it doesn’t, the company will happily accept a return on the product within those two months. Returns are typically processed and refunded within 3–5 business days after JetBed receives the returned item.

If you want to return your product, simply contact BedJet to make the necessary arrangements. Keep the box and packaging when you unpack the item to make this whole process a lot easier for everyone in case you decide to make a return.

Shipping Options

Our BedJet review found the shipping process to be really speedy. The product will ship in 2–3 days in the continental US. Shipping is free in the US—even return shipping won’t cost you anything!

Warranty

The BedJet comes with a two-year warranty. This covers the machine itself, all the parts, and any accessories that come with the product. Even if you break a part during this two-year period, the company will replace it and won’t even charge you for shipping. Outside the warranty, replacement parts are kept affordable.
